Our Helpdesk is manned by qualified systems engineers, and client issues are often resolved by this first line of support. Systemnet offers both on-site and remote support (assuming that a network has been configured for remote support). Support is offered over extended business hours depend on the client requirement. Our engineer to client ratio ensures resource availability to address business critical network issues.

Systemnet procures an expansive range of hardware and software products for our clients. Clients find it much more time efficient and pleasurable to use us to handle the entire buying process, from recommending the specification to delivering the products to their office.
Outsourcing
A business case can definitely be presented for the outsourcing of IT management, maintenance and support. The costs and restrictions associated with dedicated internal IT resources might not be appropriate for all organisations.
